Currently, the PAWA solely relies on the goods and services revenue given her by government through the Ministry of Tourism, Art and Culture. This, to state, is mostly very scanty such that, the PAWA is almost always financially handicapped and is currently owing hugely.

Due to the financial constraints, PAWA is unable to hold many of its programmes.

Also, currently, the PAWA 3 motor vehicles are decades old and can be described as not motorable

The newly appointed Secretary General to PAWA who assumed duty in August this year has been using public transportation

Last but not least, in the event of hosting foreign nationals for official events in Ghana, a mini bus or mini busus need to be rented in order to get these dignitaries transported withing Ghana.
